The Dundee Healthy Living Initiative is a partnership project, which runs groups and activities in communities across the city. These are offered in a range of local venues and are informal, friendly and fun. All groups are either low-cost or free of charge.
Following your Keep Well health check, you may be referred to a health coach at the Dundee Healthy Living Initiative if you would benefit from making some changes to your lifestyle. Support available includes help with:
- losing weight
- becoming more physically active
- stopping smoking
- learning to cope with stress
- eating more healthily
- increasing well-being and confidence.
