In Lothian, the Keep Well programme is operating in Edinburgh, Midlothian and West Lothian.
The GP practices below are offering Keep Well health checks to patients. If your own practice appears on the list, you can contact them directly to make an appointment or find out if you are eligible.

Edinburgh Access Practice offers Keep Well health checks to people who are Homeless. The health checks are carried out within the practice, bed and breakfasts, hostels and temporary housing.
The Keep Well team work with the Minority Ethnic Health Inclusion Service to offer the health check to people from minority ethnic communities in GP practices and at community events.
Keep Well checks are also delivered to Gypsy/Travellers and people in prison.
