Clackmannanshire

Clackmannanshire provides Keep Well health checks through Health Plus. Your health check is based on a holistic approach and is person–centered, lasting roughly 40 minutes.

Alternatively you can view the Clackmannanshire Healthier Lives (CHL) website (external link). Clackmannanshire Healthier Lives aims to help people improve their health and employability through assessments and tailored packages of support designed to meet clients' specific needs.

Stirling

Following your Keep Well health check, the Keep Well Stirling team provides additional support and advice. This includes signposting and information on services including:

  • smoking cessation
  • holistic therapy
  • nutrition advice
  • food budgeting
  • cooking skills workshops
  • employment advice.

Additionally there is also support and advice for those who would like to enter training.

One-to-one sessions or group sessions can be arranged. The services areas are provided in Cultenhove, Raploch, Bannockburn and Fallin. Keep Well Health Checks are also now available in Plean, Cowie and Throsk.

Falkirk

Your health check is holistic, addressing various areas of your health and lifestyle, and is available for both men and women in:

  • Camelon
  • Grangemouth
  • Bonnybridge
  • Meadowbank
  • Slamannan.

The Keep Well element of the health check builds upon the men’s health service in Falkirk.
