Keep Well health check

A Keep Well health check is free, and typically takes 30-40 minutes. It’s for eligible 40 to 64 year olds at participating GP practices in Scotland.

Your Keep Well health check is:

• holistic, addressing various areas of your health and wellbeing
• about building a partnership between the healthcare practitioner and you
• designed to provide support and advice which can help you make your own healthier lifestyle choices.

Your Keep Well health check includes:

• a physical check up
• general questions about your health and lifestyle
• an opportunity for you to ask about any other health related problems or worries you may have.
